4. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for March and April 2015. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Sadly, networking also lost out again like last month. (20mins)
