5. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for June and July 2015. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (although that is improving now) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Sadly, networking also lost out again like last month. (15mins)
