1. NEIS training course - 8.25am to 4.55pm less 1 hour for lunch and one 20 min break (including travel time). (7hrs 10mins)
2. Work on customer system investigation. (30mins)
3. Work on business plan - well, at least send out a few more notifications on the market survey... (30mins)
