1. Investigate back end for CRM v3 - although today's research is really on the part that will deliver the software via browser, but still part of the development research process. (4hrs 40mins)
2. Respond to email request from customer - follow up to yesterday's site visit. (5mins)
Well, yesterday's bike ride (and its dampness) seems to have given me a case of the sniffles and a clogged head. So unfortunately I wasn't able to do as much reading about the pieces for v3 as I had planned - hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!
