Today's work on/in the business - Thurs 26 Nov

1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Invoice reconciliation - unfortunately, the new ones are not old enough to chase and there's no point in chasing the old ones - we're pretty sure the outstanding ones will never be paid... (35mins)
3. Continuing work on the new platform for CRM. (9hrs 10mins)
4. Review the project schedules - pushed out again as I'm still working out whether the proposed platform will do all the things we need. (5mins)
5. Review progress made this week and ensure the schedule is right for next week. (5mins)
