1. Update my record of time worked. (10mins)
2. Respond to a panic message from one of my customers - she deleted a document before having her first coffee of the morning and needed instructions on how she (might) be able to recover it. (35mins)
3. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 1 post today. (15mins)
4. Investigate back end for CRM v3 - continuing work on the 'working example' I thought I had yesterday. Unfortunately, no success. Tomorrow I probably move to a Ubuntu virtual machine - at least for development. (5hrs 55mins)
