3. Reading on the new software I am learning for the new process. (55mins)
4. Continuing work on the new platform for CRM. (6hrs 20mins)
5. Look at reference books available to use with the new platform and associated processes. (There are a lot to choose from, but many of them are old now). (1hr 5mins)
6. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 3 posts today. (1hr 10mins)
