1. Continuing work on the new platform for CRM. Thanks to the mailing list folks and the wonders of the internet, a proposed solution was worked out while I slept! So I was able to get the example process working and then incorporate those changes into my development work, so now we start moving forward again. :-) (3hrs 30mins)
2. Invoice reconciliation. (15mins)
3. NEIS quarterly reporting. Unfortunately, not nearly as much technical support work has been done as was originally planned - BUT we haven't spent as much to set the business up as we originally thought we'd need either. (40mins)
4. Ensure accounts are up to date. (5mins)
5. Start working on documenting my procedures. (20mins)
6. Review the project schedules - added another week as I am nowhere near looking into email processes, which is what the schedule says I should be doing. Unfortunately, chances are that I'll have to push it out again next time too. (5mins)
7. Review progress made this week and ensure the schedule is right for next week. (5mins)
