3. Site visit to customer. (3hrs 5mins)
4. Invoicing. (15mins)
5. Continuing work on the new platform for CRM. I think I've found an example that solves my current problem - great! (5hrs 15mins)
6. Follow up on site visit - record outcomes, etc. (15mins)
