2. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 66 visits which is slightly better, 44 new visits which is good, 18% search, 29% direct and 53% referral traffic. (10mins)
3. Continue planning resolution of issue with customer's server down and gather information. (6hrs 15mins)
