Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 91 visits, 63 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 25% search, 33% direct and 42% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1 visit from Macedonia, 2.43 pages per visit, 2:07 average time on site is reasonable - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it and they are staying reasonably consistent. I guess the main issue is that you cannot force people to search the internet - they do it when they are ready. (15mins)

Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 110 visits so up a little bit again - impacted by Cup Day and the 'long weekend' that goes with it in Melbourne, 68 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 35% search, 24% direct and 41% referral traffic - search is staying up, keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.16 pages per visit, 1:48 average time on site is reasonable - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it and they are staying reasonably consistent. 1. Another thought added to the draft response to request for quote. During discussion, decided that it is at least worth putting in a response. (5mins)

6. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for October 2010. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (but this is improved), and I missed the online forum posts required this month. (10mins)
7. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 2 posts today. (45mins)
8. Investigate possible basis for website for potential new customer. (55mins)
9. Finalised decision on software to assist with site revamp for existing support customer (in between other work) and drafted email response. (1hr 40mins)
