1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Invoicing - 1 payment made and processed, 1 cheque received. (15mins)
3. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 93 visits so down again - and will continue to drop, 63 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 31% search, 28% direct and 41% referral traffic - search is staying up, keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.18 pages per visit, 1:52 average time on site is reasonable - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it and they are staying reasonably consistent. I guess the main issue is that you cannot force people to search the internet - they do it when they are ready. (10mins)
4. Review management consulting entries in Yellow Pages with a view to sending introductory email and brochure for Perfect Notes Virtual Assistant information. 2 sent. (15mins)
5. Address email notification issues for website customer. (1hr 55mins)
6. Meeting with new customer to discuss changes needed to upgrade their existing website. (1hr 45mins)
7. Work on moving customer's setup from one server to another - different versions causing issues - still not working properly, but definitely better. (3hrs 55mins)
