1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 3 posts today. (55mins)
3. Bank reconciliation. (30mins)
4. Accounting. (25mins)
5. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for January 2011. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we missed the online networking posts target due to client work. (10mins)
6. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 63 visits - so fairly steady, 43 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 38% search, 18% direct and 44% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, visits from Saudi Arabia and Kenya, 2.67 pages per visit, 1:23 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
7. Investigate website requirements and options for customer - looking at moving their sites to our associate's hosting. Prepared and sent email with details to customer. (2hrs 55mins)
8. Follow up on existing customers and prospects. (5mins)
9. Record business emails. (4hrs 35mins)
