3. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress. (5mins)
4. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (35mins)
5. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 63 visits - so dropping a bit again, 50 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 41% search, 22% direct and 37% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.10 pages per visit, 1:12 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. 6. Defragment the hard drive on my laptop, to try to improve how it runs. (50mins)

8. Accounting. (15mins)
9. Website upgrade - make the next changes required. New version for customer to review. (6hrs 25mins)
10. Move and remove files to free space on my laptop again. (20mins)
A long day - up at silly o'clock in the morning with a head cold that would not let me sleep, back to bed later, but could not actually sleep as long as I wanted, then every man and his dog made noise in the street to make sure I could not rest, then my partner back late from a client visit, so dinner really late... Argh... No wonder we both slept in the following morning!
