1. Networking meeting in Bendigo. This is the last team training session leading up to our launch (I was not well enough for the second last one). (5hrs 50mins)
2. Update my record of time worked. (10mins)
3. Email Perfect Notes Virtual Assistant customer to advise how much time is left of the block of hours she purchased. (5mins)
4. Look at issues with support customer's website changes. (45mins)
5. Work on the test environment for website redesign - setting up more design changes after initial customer review. (3hrs 25mins)
6. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for April 2011. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we need to work on contacting new prospects too. (10mins)
7. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 63 visits - so now steady, 44 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 33% search, 33% direct and 33% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.60 pages per visit, 2:34 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
8. Invoicing - 2 paid! (10mins)
