4. Invoicing - 1 finalised and sent. (25mins)
5. Invoice reconciliation - 3 statements created and sent out. (10mins)
6. Review progress made last week. (1hr)
7. Accounting. (30mins)
8. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and moved software projects out a week. (5mins)
9. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for July 2011. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still) - also, the networking posts were only about 75% this month, due to other work. (15mins)
10. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 5 posts today, including one that may turn into a customer. (1hr 55mins)
