Today's work on/in the business - Mon 3 October

1. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (15mins)
2. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
3. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and add 1 week to software projects. (5mins)
4. Website upgrade - make changes required. (2hrs 25mins)
5. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for September 2011. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). (10mins)
6. Record business emails. (5mins)
7. Work for new customer - can we tie the registration information into the member details? Probably not - membership information is compiled, so difficult to override. (15mins)

A dramatic day - all afternoon in the Alfred with a friend who was having tests done. Result - nothing major had happened - but that means that they don't actually know what caused the issue yet.
