4. Work for new customer - turn on alert processes again, send instructions on sending messages to a single user, updated instructions on how to process when members expire and then renew, look into where the cancellation page should be. (2hrs 10mins)
5. Research and assistance with setup for client's replacement server. (9hrs 5mins)
