1. Work for new Plone development customer. (10hrs 30mins)
2. Discussions with customer about server issues - remote assistance where possible. (50mins)
3. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
4. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (45mins)
5. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. Last week - 72 visits - so good, 34 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 17% search, 11% direct and 72% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.63 pages per visit, 2:14 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. Of course, the stats have fallen off around Christmas - don't expect them to pick up again until early in the New Year.
This week - 73 visits - so good, 24 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 16% search, 6% direct and 78% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.90 pages per visit, 2:02 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. Of course, the stats have fallen off around Christmas - don't expect them to pick up again until early in the New Year. (10mins)
