1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (1hr 20mins)
3. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and added 3 weeks to software projects, due to other contract work. (10mins)
4. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 75 visits - so reasonable, 43 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 32% search, 8% direct and 60% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.76 pages per visit, 0:37 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (10mins)
5. Invoicing - 1 created and sent out, one paid. (35mins)
6. Accounting. (5mins)
