1. Update my record of time worked. (10mins)
2. Assist with investigation of server issues for support customer. (10mins)
3. Review progress made this week. (20mins)
4. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 56 visits - so reasonable, 46 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 52% search, 20% direct and 28% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.68 pages per visit, 0:33 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
5. Invoicing - nothing paid. (5mins)
6. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for April 2012. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (I am falling back into my old bad habits...) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been working onsite and then trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till May 2012 either. (5mins)
7. Record business emails. (10hrs 40mins)
