1. Investigate issues for support customer. (3hrs 55mins)
2. Update my record of time worked. (15mins)
3. Review progress made this week. (25mins)
4. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 77 visits - so better, 64 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 35% search, 27% direct and 38% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.78 pages per visit, 1:06 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. Most of the morning taken up by listening to a friend's daughter's final recital for her course - she was amazing!!!
