Today's work on/in the business - Fri 13 July

1. Update my record of time worked. (10mins)
2. Working on process for new Events setup - review events, edit renewal alerts and check setup for emails. (35mins)
3. Correspondence re urgent issues for Plone development customer. (5mins)
4. Work for support customer - correspondence re integration testing and email formats. (3hrs 35mins)
5. Work for support customer - install software capable of processing 39GB file and start opening (except that the software opened 32GB worth and then crashed! But by that time, Dave had a process working on his MacBook). (2hrs 10mins)

Would have done some more work in the evening, but we headed over to a friend's place for a BBQ and to watch the Tour de France stage - a great night out!
