Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 87 visits - so better, 68 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 36% search, 19% direct and 45% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.08 pages per visit, 1:27 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
4. Accounting. (55mins)
5. Invoice reconciliation - 20 moved to next month, 2 completed and sent out, 13 amended and sent out, 4 continued, 2 started, 1 created and sent out. (2hrs 10mins)
6. Assist with remote work on support customer's server. (10mins)
7. Working on process for new Events setup - subscription plan issue. (25mins)
8. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and added 1 week to software schedules. (5mins)
And I actually had a day off on Sunday! :-)
