4. Work for support customer - further work on new email formats and logos, free space on their server and change setup now that the cause of the 'disappearing' space has been identified. (4hrs 15mins)
5. Invoice reconciliation - 3 paid, 2 completed and sent out, 6 continued, 1 started. (1hr 50mins)
6. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week and next week. (1hr 50mins)
7. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and added 2 weeks to software schedules. (10mins)
8. Download and sort business emails. (1hr)
9. Accounting. (30mins)
10. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 74 visits, 67 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 37% search, 24% direct and 39% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.76 pages per visit, 1:18 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
11. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for July 2012. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (I am falling back into my old bad habits, but have a closer gym membership now) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till later this year either. (5mins)
