1. Assist with remote work on support customer's server. (4hrs 40mins)
2. Update my record of time worked. (15mins)
3.Working on process for new Events setup - work on new web page and check into issue. (15mins)
4. Work for support customer - further work on new email formats, free space on their server and burn backups to CD. (6hrs 30mins)
