6. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for August 2012. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (I am falling back into my old bad habits, but have a closer gym membership now and went for a ride yesterday) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till later this year either. (10mins)
