5. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for November 2012. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (although I have been riding more) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till next year now. (10mins)
