1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Review progress made this week and ensure the schedule is right for next week. (25mins)
3. Accounting. (20mins)
4. Invoice reconciliation - 1 finalised and sent out, 1 finalised, 3 updated. (1hr 5mins)
5. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and added 1 week to software schedules. (5mins)
6. Backup my mail locally. (20mins)
7. Anti virus and malware scans on my laptop, as this needs to be done regularly to be sure it is clean. (8hrs)
