1. Anti virus scans on my laptop, as this needs to be done regularly to be sure it is clean - first one finished - Adobe Reader update contained a trojan AGAIN, second one started. (8hrs)

3. Assist with changes to website in response to ranking query from website customer. (35mins)
4. Create a blog post and post on our Facebook page. (10mins)
5. Read small business blogs. (2hrs 35mins)
