1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (45mins)
3. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and added 1 week to software schedules. (5mins)
4. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for November 2013. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (although I have been riding more and I'm now doing weights regularly) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). This time, the online networking KPI was met, which is great. (10mins)
5. Anti virus and malware scans on my laptop, as this needs to be done regularly to be sure it is clean - third one run and reported clean, fourth one running. (10hrs 30mins)
6. Investigate process for next version of software project for new customer - testing process for next steps and phone discussion with customer re current status and next outline document. (25mins)
I also had a chance to investigate a friend's Microsoft Surface - interesting and has more functionality than I realised. My current laptop is on its last legs, so I am looking into a replacement.
