4. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (2hrs 55mins)
5. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and added two weeks to software schedules. (10mins)
6. Backup my mail locally. (1hr 20mins)
7. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for April 2014. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (although I have been riding more and actually raced a few times) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). The online networking KPI was nearly met this time, which is good. (10mins)
8. Work on WordPress plugin changes for new customer - follow up on quote on next changes requested, including organising Dropbox access to provide the file required. (5mins)
9. Read small business blogs. (3hrs 50mins)
