1. Anti virus and malware scans on my laptop, as this needs to be done regularly to be sure it is clean - fourth one running again. (13hrs 30mins)
This looks worse than it was - this mostly ran while I was out helping to run a cycling race - cold and wet, but at least I was in a car for most of the time!
