Today's work on/in the business - Thurs 7 August

1. Review progress made this week. (10mins)
2. Update my record of time worked. (15mins)
3. Working on process for new Events setup - review email setup. (35mins)
4. Read IT blogs. (1hr)
5. Investigate process for next version of software project for new customer - investigation for new process, particularly use of a proxy - a lot of this time was actually spent rebooting the server which has become unstable. Had to stop this so that the issues with the machine could be investigated. (2hrs 25mins)
6. Confirm presence of test website for WordPress customer. (15mins)
7. Invoice reconciliation - draft email to customer. (10mins)

A very frustrating day, with both servers having some issues and the one that I really needed access to totally unusable for most of the afternoon, and probably the next day!
