1. Update my record of time worked. (10mins)
2. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for April 2010. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (again), although I did actually do some this month. Unfortunately, the requirement to rewrite the CRM software has really hit the whole process for 6 - along with needing to write the new 'quick' software solution - and now a sidetrack into a whole new area - the Plone website work. (5mins)
3. Accounting and bank reconciliation for April. (10mins)
4. Follow up on existing customers and prospects. (25mins)
5. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 1 post today. (1hr 10mins)
6. Look for CD/DVD software. (15mins)
7. Reading latest information on product. (1hr)
8. Website upgrade for new customer. (1hr 15mins)
9. Record business emails. (2hrs 15mins)
