Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 77 visits so still getting a bit better, 45 new visits which is good, 18% search, 29% direct and 53% referral traffic, so search is still low, but we can't MAKE people search for CRM, 2.66 pages perd visit, which is good, 3:26 average time on site is really good - both these last figures mean that people generally actually read the information that's on the website if they get here, which is necessary! (5mins)

5. Invoicing - 1 paid, 2 sent out. (35mins)
6. Reading latest information on product. (25mins)
7. Assisting with getting test site running. (1hr 35mins)
8. Check software can be installed successfully. (2hrs 10mins)
9. Networking - face to face. Monthly networking meeting as part of the NEIS support. (2hrs 30mins)
