3. Top up mobile phone. (15mins)
4. Work on support customer's server - confirmed that it was not accessible, SMS correspondence. It turned out that it had been switched off at the wall. Helped move all components from car into back office. Connected it and set it running, to do its file system checks - as it always does after not shutting down cleanly! (2hrs 40mins)

7. Invoice reconciliation - draft email to customer. (10mins)
A very frustrating day, with both servers having some issues and the one that I really needed access to totally unusable for most of the afternoon, and probably the next day!

Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Sadly, networking also lost out last month, although not as badly as in previous months. (10mins)

Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (although I have been riding more) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). 2. Invoice reconciliation - statements sent out, 7 created, 6 started. (7hrs 40mins)
3. Review progress made this week. (25mins)
4. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for March 2014. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (although I have been riding more and actually raced the last couple of weekends!) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). The online networking KPI failed, as I have been tied up in this project. (5mins)
