Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 52 visits over the last month - so still dropping as expected, 32 new visits, which is really good, % of clicks by search engine is dropping off, but there's still 1/3 from referrals, so that's ok too. 1 visit each from Malaysia and Kuwait. Overall, it's still quite a good variety, but is tailing off as expected for this time of year. (10mins)

Only 89 visits over the last month - still tailing off, must be because we are approaching Christmas, 32 new visits, fairly even split over Google searches, referrals and direct, 1 visit from Canada and 1 from the Netherlands, so it is all still pretty good. (10mins)
3. Continuing work on the new platform for CRM. Annoying - I thought I was making such good progress, then did some other testing at the end of the day and realised that it only worked in one set of circumstances - so that's all to try and fix still. (7hrs 20mins)

(There are a lot to choose from, but many of them are old now - also need to compare prices as they are wildly different across the range, you can't just say that all books are cheaper from supplier x). Well, it's finished - but the changes and work it's prompting has only just started...

I was sceptical about this initially, and it may be that not all of the suggestions can be implemented in our business, but it was definitely worth my time to attend. Now to put some stuff into practice immediately, then I reckon rereading all the notes in a week or two would be really useful - that's long enough for my subconscious to have processed a lot of the information, so time to go through the suggestions again to get more out of them.

A tough three days - LOTS of information - but worth it. Thanks, Aaron!
