3. Review the project schedules. Moved OBDM and CRM out another four weeks - there will be no work on these for the next month or so. Also set up schedule for new project. (50mins)
4. Review progress made this week and ensure the schedule is right for next week. (20mins)

3. Review business consulting entries in Yellow Pages with a view to sending introductory email and brochure for Perfect Notes Virtual Assistant information. 2 sent. (25mins)

Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 119 visits so still lower, 74 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 33% search, 38% direct and 29% referral traffic - search is staying up, keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.03 pages per visit, 1:53 average time on site is reasonable - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it and they are staying reasonably consistent. (10mins)
