Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 81 visits - so better, 67 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 36% search, 23% direct and 41% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.06 pages per visit, 2:05 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. 5. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for June 2012. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (I am falling back into my old bad habits, but have a closer gym membership now) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till later this year either. (5mins)
