2. Follow up on existing customers and prospects. (5mins)
3. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 3 posts today. (50mins)
4. Continuing work on the new platform for CRM. A bit of progress made today. Then a lot of time spent setting up a virtual machine with Ubuntu and an open source product that is using the same platform - this will allow me to look at how they have solved some of the problems and hopefully help with my steep learning curve! (9hrs 45mins)
