Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 95 visits so still sliding lower, 60 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 35% search, 26% direct and 39% referral traffic - search is staying up, keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.80 pages per visit, 1:31 average time on site is reasonable - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it and they are staying reasonably consistent - visits are quality, but the number is falling still. 3. Review business consulting entries in Yellow Pages with a view to sending introductory email and brochure for Perfect Notes Virtual Assistant information. 2 sent. (1hr)
4. Assist with laptop being repaired. (3hrs 20mins)

6. Set up test environment to duplicate issue with two copies of notifications being sent to website upgrade customer. Still need to work out a solution though. (5hrs 25mins)
