2. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (20mins)
3. Review the project schedules, including creating one for the new project - nothing needs to move this time. (1hr)
4. Accounting. (40mins)
5. Record business card from last week. (5mins)
6. Invoicing - 1 paid. (5mins)
7. BAS - including work to ensure that the new accounts in QuickBooks agree with previous BAS information. (4hrs 50mins)
8. Follow up on existing customers and prospects. (25mins)
9. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 6 posts today. (1hr 30mins)
10. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 80 visits - so up a bit, 55 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 42% search, 20% direct and 38% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.40 pages per visit, 1:43 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (10mins)
11. Setup local environment for website redesign. (2hrs 40mins)
