Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 90 visits - so up a bit again, 63 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 40% search, 24% direct and 36% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.34 pages per visit, 1:40 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
6. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for February 2011. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we need to work on contacting new prospects too. (5mins)
7. Website upgrade - make the next changes required. (8hrs 45mins)

9. Assist with spamassassin changes for support customer. (1hr 10mins)
