4. Review progress made last week and this week and ensure the schedule is right. (45mins)
5. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 65 visits - so mostly stable, 47 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 32% search, 14% direct and 54% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.78 pages per visit, 0:39 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it - except really quickly - not sure what has happened there. We know the website needs work - now to find time to get it done! (5mins)
6. Record business cards - I have been collecting them, but that's all... (35mins)
7. Phone call to prospective client - ring next week to organise a coffee meeting. (5mins)
8. Meeting with potential new customer - supporting their databases - more information. (1hr 10mins)
9. Phone call to associate - discussion of issues with work for potential new customer I just met with, as well as a general discussion of some other work we can do together. Need to meet soon to discuss this further. (20mins)
