Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 129 visits - so that has turned around, 45 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 17% search, 26% direct and 57% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 3.67 pages per visit, 6:09 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
7. Accounting. (35mins)
8. Invoice reconciliation - 5 statements sent out. (25mins)
9. Phone call with support customer - talk her through turning the server off and on again to get it to reboot after second crash of the day. (10mins)
10. Invoicing - 2 started, 2 finalised. (25mins)
11. Preparation for networking meeting. (10mins)
12. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and add 1 week to software projects. (5mins)
13. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 3 posts today. (2hrs 15mins)
