Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 85 visits - so back to previous level, 57 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 29% search, 19% direct and 52% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 3.46 pages per visit, 4:43 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
5. Phone calls with potential new associate and record details in CRM. (15mins)
6. Continuing investigation of local copy of new customer's setup - still have some files missing, not able to reverse engineer them yet. (4hrs 35mins)
