5. Correspondence re issues with CRM emailing for support customer. (5mins)
6. Read small business blogs. (35mins)
7. Site visit to assist with investigating issue with customer's server and connectivity. (7hrs 20mins)
A VERY long day - including time to drive a friend to the birthday party she desperately wanted to get to (happy to do this, given she's very ill) - and the site visit started AFTER I got home from that. Don't really like walking through the front door at the end of a work 'day' to hear that the alarm has gone off telling us it's time to get up for 'tomorrow'! 6am is not the time to try to get to sleep - but a few hours of rest were achieved.
