Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 70 visits, 58 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 24% search, 23% direct and 53% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.63 pages per visit, 0:42 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (10mins)
4. Answer queries from CRM customer. (25mins)
5. Work on software project for new customer. (2hrs 30mins)
Unfortunately, Sally left her head cold behind... so today was much less than a full work day - and I don't know about tomorrow either!
