2. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (20mins)
3. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual
progress and added a week to software schedules. (5mins)
4. Investigate more detail on support customer's website, to organise update. (10mins)
5. Invoice reconciliation - draft email and prepare statement. (1hr 5mins)
6. Work on support customer's server - test mail access. (45mins)
7. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for August
2014. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed
being my requirement to exercise and
we need to work on contacting new
prospects too (still). Sadly, networking also lost out again last month.
